Tax breaks for balikbayan

i am in favor of mr. tamayo’s proposal. the tax break plus all the other incentives mentioned is necessary to a starting entrepreneur. i read the other comments about this topic and i don’t blame them for having such a negative view although, some comments are so vague that it is hardly related to the proposal if any. i’d say for those who are planning to have a business in the philippines just go for it and see what happens next, after all the earth is not proven round until colombus decided to sail.
