Paki-tutukan po sana ang proyektong ito. Tulad ng majority of Dagupenos napakalaking sakit ng ulo para sa amin ang taunang pag-alsa ng tubig at pagbaha sa Dagupan. Hindi ko na po iisa-isahin pero napakalaking perhuwisyo ng tubig baha lalo na sa mga ordijnarayong mamamayang katulad ko.
