MANGALDAN SPORTS PROJECT- - Mangaldan Mayor Hermino Romero tosses the ceremonial ball formally starting the exhibition game between the University of Pangasinan Webczars and the Mangaldan selection that was witnessed by a jampacked crowd at the Mangaldan Coliseum. The Webczars won, 85-72.
