HAGIBIS SIMULATED RIDING–Policemen-trainees for Task Force 'Hagibis' are closely watched by Senior Inspector Jose Manubay, group director (standing) of the Traffic Management Group as they lay on their sides simulating positions riding their motorcycles while on the ground as part of their 38-day training on defensive motorcycle-riding techniques.
