Re: Balikbayans thumb down proposed ordinance.

The other city council members should make themselves available in the Forum too and address issues concerning the state of the city’s affairs such as the budget and finances and performance (or lack of) of city officials. Kind of “council meeting at the public plaza” that I strongly advocate, as I had suggested to Councilor Tamayo.

Sunday Punch, you will do great service to the people of Dagupan by holding the city officials’ feet to the fire. Publishing the minutes of the council meetings could be a good start.
