MANGALDAN WINNERS - The top three winners of the master-executive category of the “Werweran ed Mangaldan” bikefest, (From left) Phil. Navy Commander (ret.) Pete de Vera, first runner-up Jazy Garcia, champion Rolando Pagnanawon and second runner-up Ruel Gendrano proudly raise their individual trophies.
