the last time i was in Dagupan city i saw a sign that say center of learning as opposed to learning center. Then in the hotel a sign say water here do not drink as opposed to do not drink the water. and when i ask a question like [do you have this] the answer was yes we do not have. are the philippinos loosing proper sentense construction? i wander.
