the last time i was in Dagupan city i saw a sign that say center of learning as opposed to learning center. Then in the hotel a sign say water here do not drink as opposed to do not drink the water. and when i ask a question like [do you have this] [...]

Mayor Lim… Tigilan niyo na ang pagyayabang niyo na Bangus Capital ang Dagupan, Bakit galing Taiwan ang bangus na nabibili naming dito sa America?
Huwag lang puro salita or press release, tapatan niyo ng gawa para makarating ang bangus niyo diyan dito!!!!! Palibahasa ang tata… niyo.
