Pangasinense is an anglicized term which refers to the people of Pangasinan. Much like Negrense or Française or Angaise.
I first encountered the term Pangasinense in Armando R. Ravanzo's essay entitled "Pangasinan: a dying dialect?" — http://gov.pangasinan.com/theprovince/dialect.htm
(Ravanzo though erred when he identified Pangasinan as a dialect instead of a language.)
Pangasinan refers to the province and its language.
Of course, Dagupeño, Bulaqueño, Pampangeño and/or Zambaleño are also correct but this is in Hispanized form.
