POSTER-MAKING TILT — Dagupan City Councilor Michael Fernandez donates P15,000 as cash prizes to the winners of the Energy FM Poster-Making Contest last February 17, 2006 on the theme “DAGUPAN: CITY OF PROGRESS:” Councilor Fernandez earlier called on the youth for greater participation in community development activities.
