 SLAIN BARANGAY CAPTAIN - Mayor Alfonso Soriano of Malasiqui (L) condoles with Rudy Palaganas, 75, father of slain Barangay Captain Ruben Palaganas of Bakitiw, Malasiqui who was gunned down by still unidentified assassins. The slain barangay official was actively involved in the campaign against cattle rustling.
