Why is it that the PNP seems to think they are above the law, just as they also ride their unregistered motorcycles without helmets? Are you sure that the two men riding an unregistered motorcycles without wearing helmets are law enforcers, just because they are wearing t-shirts bearing “SWAT” at the back of their t-shirts?
