FINANCIAL AID TO ULTRA VICTIM’S FAMILY—Dominador Apalla, ( L) 51, husband of Jovita Apalla, one of the 74 fatalities in the stampede at  Philsports arena (formerly ULTRA's)  in Pasig City last Feb. 4, is shown being comforted by socialite Baby Arenas, her daughter Rachel and Vice Gov. Oscar Lambino in their home in Malasiqui last Feb. 11 after Jovita’s burial at the Malasiqui Municipal Cemetery.
