Where in this world you got this funny idea about Hundred Islands in believing, what Mayor Braganza told you, was coming from the horse's mouth?
This a problem with the Sunday Punch and its few creepy reporters, that even how absurd the news was, it got reported. Mayor Braganza threw bait, you swallowed it all, hook, line and sinker.
Who would believe in Braganza's assertion that that place is up to expectations? Did he explain to you how that P10M pesos were spent? Did you check yourself to prove what he was talking about? He can claim the income it generates - this is suspect - but how is management? Nobody especially Filipinos, who visited that place, were impressed and they promised that they are not going back. If you cannot convince even your fellow "Kabaleyans" how much more to a foreigner?
Then, you got this guy Panabang who was shooting his mouth, comparing his city to a Singapore where discipline and sound management is the name of the game. No comparison at all.
Yes, Mr. Velasco, you can dream big dreams, a fool's dream. You can believe and write for journalism's sake. And, I am Santa Claus.
