SISTER CITIES – Members of the City Councils of Zamboaga City and of Dagupan City are shown after their joint session last Monday at the Dagupan City Sangguniang Panlungsod where they discussed terms of planned sisterhood relationship between their cities. Receiving a plaque of sisterhood from Vice Mayor Alvin Fernandez is Councilor Luis Climaco of Zamboanga City.
