DCWD hikes water rates

Dagupan residents will start paying more for their water consumption beginning this month.

Dagupan City Water District General Manager Ramon Reyna said consumers will see the minimal increase reflected in their March billing for their consumption in February.

Reyna said that under the bracket system drawn up by DCWD, residential houses will pay a minimum of P125 [...]
