Hello Nini Ms Centeno,
Of course, I am aware of the proper procedure and protocol. I am not blaming the good Vice Gov of the mess in Malasiqui. I know the town mayor is the one responsible.
If you read my comment carefully, I did not say that Vice Gov is to be blame for the mess. What I commented is that, why is it only now that these issues were brought out by the good Vice Gov. I was just purely expressing my opinion why the issue is brought up now since the gambling and the crime issues had been there even before Dir Purisima became the Provincial Director and even Vice Gov Lambino was still the mayor of Malasiqui. If you read my messages properly, my point really is that this matter should have been brought out long time ago. Maybe the good Vice Gov’s intention might be politically driven or maybe he forgot in the past that he has the mandate to question these issues. But for me I believe that is purely politics. I believe I am entitled to express my own opinion.
I believe that expressing my opinion and belief is one way of warning the people.
Sometimes it is a sad and difficult to believe and accept what is true. Everyone is entitled to his opinion which maybe based on what you feel or observe. It is a fact that what you feel will come out in your opinion and later become your belief. Maybe I am entitled to express what I feel and believe in Vice Gov Lambino. All I mentioned anyway was based on my observations and beliefs and it does not really matter if it be objective or subjective as long as it is true. I will not shut my mouth up as long as I am telling the truth. Ever since my eyes are always wide open and I saw the future of Malasiqui with these self serving politicians. The situation of Malasiqui is very close to the Wild Wild West where the laws are broken, if not bent. The situation could be compared to an uncivilized world. If you love your town you should not shut your mouth or swim with the current.
I have always believe in this saying “Where Majority is Quiet, Evil will prevail” This is exactly what is happening to Malasiqui. The Vice Governor himself chose to be quiet on issues besetting our town. He put his personal interest above all instead of going against the Sorianos. Or maybe he is just afraid of the Sorianos. Can you call his action leadership? I don’t think so. Time will come when concerned citizens of Malasiqui will become very vocal. To be vocal is worth more than opening your eyes.
I admire you for acting in the defense of the good Vice Gov. I respect your belief and your opinion. I hope you will respect mine too. Have a nice day.
Jebong
