since the walking patrolman fails to deter several break in here in dagupan, i suggest that the downtown area revives it’s night market say from 7pm up to 5am, wholesaler of vegetable and fruit and whatever except for fish be allowed to sell their stuff along a b fernandez . this should deter would be break in since their are lot of people walking around downtown even in wee hours also what happen to barangay tanod under brgy. capt. Rosal, tulog ba or nag iinuman lang mga tanod ninyo? Just asking…
