Congratulations Ninoy! Best regional city warden. You’ve gone a long way sir. I still remember when we are still teaching in MNHS, that is been your goal to serve and protect now your on the field that you chose, go on the right way for the good of all. God is always with you. Give my regards to your Mom, missed a lot our company, someday I’m going back to the Phils. And will have reunion. I’ve read a lot of the entire article in Sunday Punch thru internet.
