Video carrera machines are in the public market of Malasiqui. In one of my visits there, I was truly devastated to find out that even very young children can play with the machines. The operators don’t care about the legality of the machines. So what’s one kid’s precious “binting” going down the bottom of the machine? Watch out! These machines are making their way to barangays… yes, pushed and protected by politicians.
