Sir: I don’t remember what year was it when you ran for a congressional seat.. There were many of you who ran that time. I watched the debate which was held in Mangaldan. I think you were about four or five candidates who were present and our beloved Speaker JDV was absent. No para say siak, siguro sikayoy analo no aliwa kayon amayamay ya nankandidato.
Still hoping that someday, you will get the opportunity to serve the province of Pangasinan. I thinik you will be great as JDV. You seem to be good and principled person.
