How can a sales person effectively market his produce if there ain't well pavemented roadways to transport his products? Roads were substandardly constructed from farm to market, by the time these produce reach the flea marketplace they're no longer saleable. And yet still subject for taxation.
Of course consumers like You & Me always patronize "FRESH & HEALTHY" produce.
I religiously pay my tax; unfortunately I don't see good programs being implemented. Oftentimes our street is overflowing to a knee-deep H2O during wet season. People are isolated until the H2O subsides.
"Quid Pro Quo" is the answer to get my money's worth.
Where were those sweet & flirty promises you sworned in the elections? Where you there when your constituents needed you most"? Or just busy with the usual "Sunday Activities".
And/Or these were all the undeniable political machineries of a dull & ugly Traditional Politician.
Please cease Graft-Corruption folks.
