How can a sales person effectively market his produce if there ain't well pavemented roadways to transport his products? Roads were substandardly constructed from farm to market, by the time these produce reach the flea marketplace they're no longer saleable. And yet still subject for taxation.

Hooray for the "Pacman".  Not only did he bring pride to the Philippines but he also unified the Filipinos as no politician has before.  How refreshing to read about a real hero instead of a bunch of bickering politicians.
