Topnotcher dad facing protest

MANAOAG-An election protest was filed in court by a losing candidate for a council seat seeking the disqualification of the leading candidate, alleging that the latter should have been disqualified from the very beginning. Wilfredo Sibayan, a barangay captain, placed ninth in the council race but he is hoping he may be catapulted into the winning column if he succeeds in unseating youthful Kim Amador who topped the council race.
