VG cites gains in drive vs illegal drugs

LINGAYEN—Vie Governor Oscar Lambino said the government is winning in its war against illegal drugs as shown by the big number of apprehensions and prohibited drugs seized by authorities.
Speaking shortly after the observance of the National Anti-Drug Abuse Week, Lambino believes that the police are making enough headway in the campaign against illegal drugs.
