DAGUPAN CITY-Who were the gunmen riding tandem in an Enduro motorcycle who riddled with bullets a Toyota Revo owned by an engineer in barangay Tapuac here?
The vehicle, with Plate Number AEC-350, was parked in front of the residence of Artemio Paragas when it was peppered with bullets by the suspects for a still unknown reason.

A task force created by Mayor Benjamin Lim to monitor the manufacture, sale and transport of firecrackers and other pyrotechnics, has formulated an action plan to implement its mission.
Led by Police Chief Noli Taliño, the task force agreed to first conduct information dissemination to brief the public on the dangers of firecracker and pyrotechnics explosions.
