LGUs refuse to pay for medicines delivered

MALASIQUI- A supplier who delivered medicines to towns in the third district of Pangasinan might find himself in a legal bind if he insists on collecting payments for delivered supplies in the past. Town mayors in the third district of Pangasinan are resisting attempts to collect payments for delivered supplies of medicines in the past, claiming that these were donations.
