DAGUPAN CITY-Vice Mayor Alvin Fernandez has denied rumors tagging him as the one who is allegedly agitating vendors at the Malimgas Public Market l to stage a rally in protest against their impending transfer to the former MC Adore Hotel. Fernandez admitted that some vendors visited him last week but he advised them to seek an audience with Mayor Benjamin Lim so he can hear their complaint regarding their proposed relocation.
