This is what the Sangguniang Panlungsod wants to find out when it directed a survey on the effectiveness of anti-smoking ordinances enacted by the body in 1992 and 1993. This was revealed by Vice Mayor Alvin Fernandez who held a meeting Monday with Dr. Jennifer Ann Mendoza-Wi, former president of the Philippine College of Chest Physicians (PCCP) and an active member of the PCCP Framework Convention on Tobacco Control Alliance Philippines, and City Health Officer Rosario Chuchip
