Five provincial officials cleared of misconduct rap

LINGAYEN—The Office of the Ombudsman for Luzon has dismissed the administrative complaint for grave misconduct filed against five officials of the provincial government when they demolished houses and structures squatting along the Lingayen beach. The respondents were led by Alvin Bigay, chief of the Provincial Housing and Urban Development Coordinating Office; Pipo Pioquinto, Nicanor Mislang, Orlando Cruz and Rulo Campued.
