Drilon causes release of P1.M school building fund to city

SENATE President Franklin Drilon has included at least two school buildings to be constructed for Dagupan City through his 2002 School Building Program. Councilor Vladimir T. Mata disclosed that the Department of Budget and Management (DBM) has already issued the Special Allotment Release Order for the construction of the two school buildings, which were included under the School Building Program of Drilon and the Federation of Filipino Chinese Chamber of Commerce and Industry Inc. (FFCCCII), the implementing agency.
