Bayambang to float bond for mart project

BAYAMBANG-The municipal government of Bayambang is set to float a P40 million bond to finance the construction of a modern public market that will replace the existing one which is now dilapidated. Mayor Leocadio de Vera said this will be done because the municipal government lacks fund to build a new public market to cater to the needs of local residents and attract investors.
