Carmen, a progressive barangay in Rosales, Pangasinan, together with its neighboring municipalities now enjoy the taste of the country’s langhap-sarap meals. Jollibee Foods Corporation, the country’s number one fastfood chain, opened Jollibee-Carmen last Friday, Nov. 23 along the MacArthur Highway in Rosales, Pangasinan. It is a two-storey, free-standing store to give every customer the best food service in Quick Service Restaurants.
